Returning a product has never been easier!

If you need to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer FREE returns within 30 days of product delivery, NO QUESTIONS .

To initiate a return or exchange, you just need to complete the following steps:

Confirm the shipment of the returned product (the shipping costs will be charged to the customer), providing an identification code so that we can verify the return at any time.

Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.

It is not possible to return or exchange "customized" or "on request" or "special size" products.

For products purchased using a code obtained through a "gift coupon", the refund will be made by issuing an additional discount code for the value of the purchase made (net of any shipping costs).

We also remind you that in case of repeated absence at the time of delivery and unwillingness to collect the product in storage in the following 3 days, the product will be returned to the sender (Gioia Sarda), who will proceed to make a refund to the customer, net of expenses. required to send the product and its return.

In case of non-delivery/loss of the product due to incorrect communication of the sending data by the customer (example: wrong address, wrong email, incorrect recipient), Gioia Sarda will not be responsible and will proceed with the refund of the order net of the shipping and return costs incurred (always after receipt of the goods sent, so in case of loss for the reasons set out above, the refund will be void).

In the event that the shipment outside Italy has not been paid by the customer (order amount greater than €120) and the product is returned, the refund made will be net of the shipping costs incurred by Gioia Sarda.
